Hotel Weserblick in Berne

We were there on October 16. to eat at the Hotel Weserblick. The welcome and table service was excellent. The food was well prepared and tasted very good. Can only be recommended.

Good food and a beautiful view of the Weser. Sat outside on the terrace. Only two stars deducted because the service had a very bad day.

The staff was very, very unfriendly. Has to be trained again, many guests talked about the tone and the statements of the service

The entire hotel has a special atmosphere when you come in, you feel well received, the dishes are very good, coffee and cake are great and the staff is always free to come and go. I think it couldn't be better.

Upscale gastronomy, who knows maybe again.

My family and I only ate at the restaurant. The food was very delicious and presented well. The prices were a touch high but that's not a reason to avoid the place. The setting was also nice with a good view. The service was attentive and friendly. My family and I would gladly go back.

Bargain! The first thing that comes to mind ... Wanted to enjoy a cold drink comfortably but were treated from above. Better let it be. If we would have rather read the review before 😝🙈

If you want to be served particularly unfriendly, this is the right place for you. The waitresses try to put on a trained smile every now and then, but the response is rather reserved to rude. Since I can't remember something like that, we always end up here and then remind ourselves: it is the same every time. But lunch was OK. Warning to business travelers: credit cards are not accepted. My tip: use the ferry and go to the Farge ferry station on the other side of the Weser.

Asked for a toilet as a pregnant woman at night, was very unfriendly rejected by the staff. Never go there again.

I have never been treated so rudely in any hotel as in this one. The rudeness runs through the entire staff structure! We sat on the terrace for dinner in the evening, and the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. The tables, chairs and parasols around us began to be dismantled at 8.30 p.m. When we stayed seated, we received constant accusatory glances from the waitress. As a matter of principle, questions were only answered swiftly. The food consists of a cheerful mix of finished products, the prices are not reasonable for this. In the bathroom of the hotel room, we were allowed to visit the hair of our predecessors. Our dog, who was listed as a "guest" when booking, was anything but welcome (despite an additional payment of 25 euros). Summary: never, never again! Above all, the unfriendliness of the staff deterred us from this supposed service provider ....

Just wanted to order a table ... but not with the reviews.

We had booked a stay at the Weserblick and wanted to move into the rooms. At this point it should be pointed out that I cannot wear a mask for health reasons (confirmed by attestation). The owner of the Hotel Weserblick then refused admittance to the hotel with an outrageously cheeky and presumptuous appearance. My comment that the regulation provides that people with health problems should not be discriminated against in this regard does not seem to interest you. Such a behavior is excusable and explains why this hotel and its owner Habben is rated low on the relevant portals

The staff is extremely rude and annoyed. In addition, there is not a single vegetarian dish on the lunch menu and it is not possible to exchange the meat. Pity! We will NOT be back!

The food was very good! Unfortunately, the condition was not very friendly! I was very happy about the stay but I found that a real shame 😕

The staff were nice and friendly! (How to call into the forest it sounds!) The range of cakes for coffee was not as extensive. If I already offer coffee / cake it should be something. There could be points in the warm season for the view!

Yes / Yes. The unfriendly staff was already mentioned more often. Unfortunately, I can only agree with that. The food I ate there but were quite good. Do you have to know yourself if you go there and want to be rude served.

Nice hotel

It was a nice place to ate some typical german food. The caretakers were also very nice and polite so I guess that I mayby Cole back to eat there something else.

The service was unattentive and pretentious.
